Home Remodeling & Construction Dumpsters
Keep remodeling and construction debris in one planned location with compact 15- and 20-yard roll-off dumpsters for contractors, property owners, and renovation crews.
A Clearer Way to Handle the Debris.
Remodeling projects create a mix of bulky and irregular debris: drywall, lumber, cabinets, flooring, fixtures, packaging, and demolition material. Keeping it contained can reduce repeated dump runs and help the working area stay more manageable.
Merit's approximately 12-foot-long containers work well where a full-length commercial roll-off may be impractical. We coordinate deliveries across Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, El Paso County, and Teller County, with mileage charges possible beyond 50 miles from our home base.
When This Rental Makes Sense
Kitchen & Bath Remodels
Contain approved cabinets, counters, flooring, drywall, trim, and packaging.
Basement Finishes
Manage framing scraps, drywall, flooring, fixtures, and renovation debris.
Deck & Exterior Projects
Keep approved lumber, siding, trim, and tear-out material in one location.
Light Demolition
Plan for approved non-hazardous debris from selective residential or commercial demolition.
15 Yard or 20 Yard?
Both containers are approximately 12 feet long by 8 feet wide. The 15-yard has walls about 4.2 feet high; the 20-yard about 5.6 feet, providing more volume.
15 Yard
Well suited to focused room renovations, lower-volume tear-outs, and jobs where the lower wall makes hand-loading easier.
20 Yard
The stronger choice for multi-room renovations, bulky demolition debris, whole-home work, and projects likely to outgrow a 15-yard container.
Material matters: Concrete, dirt, rock, asphalt, tile, and other dense material require advance approval and may need different loading limits or pricing. Review the rental and debris rules or call before loading anything unusually dense or regulated.
A Better Drop Starts With a Better Plan.
Describe Every Material
Mixed construction loads can include dense materials that require separate approval or pricing.
Protect Delivery Access
Reserve enough clear space for the truck to approach, place, and retrieve the container.
Break Down Bulky Debris
Flatten cabinets, lumber, and large items when practical so the volume is used efficiently.
Schedule Around Project Phases
Choose three or five days and request extra time or swaps before the current rental ends.
