An Account, Ryan's Cell, and a Straight Answer
Free to open. No contract, no minimum, no discount games. Your crew never handles payment, you get one statement a month, and the person who answers the phone is Ryan, who owns the trucks.
Three Things, and No Fine Print
A crew standing around waiting on a container costs more in an hour than any rental discount saves in a month. So we did not build this around a discount.
An account we bill, not a card swipe
Your payment method goes on file once. After that your foreman is never asked for a card in the middle of a job, and at month end you get a single statement listing every pull by job address.
Ryan picks up
Not a dispatcher, not a call centre, not a contact form that gets answered tomorrow. You get the owner's number and Ryan answers it himself. This is the easiest claim on the page to test before you commit to anything.
Same-day delivery, or a straight no
Call in the morning and there is a good chance you have a container that afternoon. If we cannot make it, you hear that on the phone with a date we can — not at four o'clock when your crew has already stopped.
One text, fifteen seconds
Your job addresses are saved. Text the address and the size and you are done. No phone tree, no re-explaining where the gate is.
Exactly What Everyone Else Pays
There is no trade rate and no volume tier. We would rather be the company that answers the phone than the company that is thirty dollars cheaper.
15-yard $350 for three days, $395 for five. 20-yard $380 for three days, $425 for five. Every rental includes delivery, pickup and 2 tons of disposal. Additional tonnage is billed per ton against the certified scale ticket.
The full rate card, including what happens on overweight and extra days, is on the pricing page and in the account terms. Nothing is quoted differently depending on who is asking.
If We Miss a Window We Confirmed, It Comes Off the Bill
A promise with no consequence attached is not worth printing.
Miss a delivery window we confirmed and that pull is $50 off. It is credited to your statement automatically — you do not have to call and ask for it.
Scheduling pauses for the things we do not control: heavy snow, closures on the passes above Woodland Park, and landfill or transfer station closures. We would rather say that here than discover it with you on a Tuesday morning.
Trades We Run With Most
Our containers are 15 and 20 yards with 2 tons included, which suits bulky debris and mid-size tear-offs particularly well.
Remodelers & GCs
Interior demo, basement finishes, kitchen and bath tear-outs. Bulky, light and a clean fit for a 20-yard.
RoofingRoofers
Tear-off debris is heavy. Give us the square count and layer count when you book and we will size the job honestly before your crew is stuck.
TurnoverProperty Managers
Unit turns, evictions and cleanouts. We are the only ones here who can put a container and a cleaning crew on the same schedule.
RestorationRestoration & Repair
Water and fire work runs year-round and does not stop in January, which is exactly when our schedule opens up.
LandscapeLandscape & Mitigation
Slash, brush and lot clearing across Teller County, where a smaller truck reaches drives a full-size roll-off cannot.
WeightKnow Before You Load
Two tons translated into roofing squares, drywall sheets and cubic yards, so nobody guesses.
Three fields now, the rest when we talk
Tell us who you are and we will call you back to set up billing and your saved job addresses. Setup takes about five minutes and you can order the same day.
- Free to open, no minimum, no contract
- No credit check and no personal guarantee

Contractor Account FAQ
Is there a fee to open an account?
No. There is no fee, no minimum, no contract and no monthly charge. You are set up in our system so ordering takes one text instead of a phone call, and so your crew never has to handle payment on site.
Do account holders get a discount?
No, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. You pay the same published rates as everyone else, and those rates are on the pricing page in full. What the account changes is how you order, how you pay and who picks up the phone.
How does billing work?
You put a card or bank account on file once when you open the account. We charge it on the delivery date, so your foreman is never asked for a card in the middle of a job. At the end of each month you get one statement listing every pull by job address, which is what your bookkeeper actually wants.
Can I really get a container the same day?
Often, yes. What we will always do is give you a straight answer when you call rather than a maybe. If we cannot get there today we will say so on the phone and tell you when we can, instead of letting you find out at four in the afternoon.
Who answers when I call?
Ryan, the owner. Not a dispatcher, not a call centre, not a form. That is the whole point of the account, and it is the easiest thing on this page to test before you commit to anything.
What happens if I go over the 2 tons?
You are billed for the additional tonnage at the posted per-ton rate, based on the certified scale ticket from the disposal facility. We will send you the ticket if you want it. Nothing is estimated.
Can you handle a roof tear-off?
Yes, and it is worth planning the weight. Every rental includes 2 tons. A single-layer architectural tear-off runs roughly 375 to 430 pounds per square, so a 20-square roof is around 4 tons and a two-layer tear-off doubles that. Tell us the square count and the number of layers when you book and we will tell you whether that is one pull or two before your crew is standing on a full container.
