Can a container be placed on a steep driveway?
It needs a firm, reasonably level spot and a straight approach for the truck. On a graded Broadmoor lot the workable spot is not always the obvious one, so describe the slope, surface and turnaround room at booking and we'll plan placement in advance.
Can I put rock, soil or old hardscape in a container?
Those need approval before loading. Rock, dirt, concrete and masonry run roughly 2,000 to 4,000 pounds per cubic yard, so a small volume can use the entire included 2-ton allowance. Tell us the material and rough volume and we'll confirm the arrangement.
Do you protect the driveway surface?
Surface protection needs depend on the property and the conditions. Raise your driveway's material and age when you book and ask whether boards or another precaution are appropriate for your delivery date.
How much is a dumpster rental in the Broadmoor?
The 15-yard is $350 for 3 days or $395 for 5 days. The 20-yard is $380 for 3 days or $425 for 5 days. Both include 2 tons. Extra weight, restricted materials, extended service distance, or other special circumstances may add fees.
