Dumpster Rental in Cripple Creek

Cripple Creek and Victor are the far end of our service area and the steepest part of it. At around 9,500 feet, on streets laid out for a mining town rather than a modern truck, placement here needs more planning than anywhere except Manitou.

The practical constraints are grade and width. Many lots are cut into a slope, driveways are short and pitched, and some streets are narrow enough that a roll-off truck needs the whole width to work. A container also has to sit level once it is set, which is not automatic on a graded lot. Walk your intended spot before booking and tell us what you find.

Distance matters too. This is the outer edge of our normal coverage, and deliveries more than 50 miles from our home base may incur a mileage fee. We confirm that with you before delivery rather than adding it afterwards, so ask when you book.

A lot of the property work up here is short-term rental work, and it splits into two different jobs. A roll-off handles the clear-out: old furniture, worn mattresses, accumulated storage, a season's worth of things that stopped earning their place.

The recurring turnover between guests is a different service. Our sister company Everpine Cleaning handles cabin turnovers across Teller County. They are veteran-owned and local too, and they have written up what makes a mountain turnover different from a city apartment.
