A 15- or 20-yard roll-off, 2 tons included. Keep it three or five days while you clear the property at your own pace.

Pickup is scheduled so the house is empty before the cleaners arrive, not the same morning.

Why does the dumpster have to come first?
A move-out clean needs an empty home with the water and power still on. Cleaners cannot mop a floor or run an oven cycle around furniture, and they cannot do it with the utilities shut off. If the two jobs are booked with separate companies, you end up managing that handoff yourself, usually in the middle of a move.
Is this cheaper than booking the two separately?
The prices are the same as our published rates for each service, and both rate cards are on the sites in full. What you save is the coordination — one date, one conversation, and no gap where the container is gone but the cleaners cannot get in yet.
Are these actually the same company?
Two companies, one owner. Merit Dumpster Rentals runs the containers and Everpine Cleaning runs the cleaning. Both are veteran-owned, both are based in Colorado Springs, and both cover Colorado Springs, El Paso County and Teller County.
What if I only need one of them?
That is fine and common. Book whichever half you need. Nothing here is a bundle you have to take whole.
